PRESS RELEASE DEATH OF FEDERAL INMATE CRISP COUNTY- July 17, 2017 July 16, 2017 at approximately 9:10 am a 34-year old male federal inmate was found unresponsive in Crisp County’s Detention Center. “Corrections Officers responded to the cell after receiving calls from fellow inmates, and found the inmate hanging in his cell,” said Sheriff Hancock.
