COMPLAINTS OF DRUG ACTIVITY LEAD TO ARREST

CRISP COUNTY- November 28, 2017

Joshua Wayne Aultman, 29 year old and Adryan Alice Aultman, 23 year old both residents of 142 Cape Road, Cordele, Georgia were arrested on November 27, 2017 at approximately 5:00 PM. Both were arrested after an investigation of drug distribution from their residence was conducted.

The investigation was started after complaints from the neighborhood were made to law enforcement about drug activity occurring at the residence. During the investigation, the Mid-South Narcotics Task Force, along with the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office, served a search warrant on the 142 Cape Road address. When agents and deputies served the search warrant, Josh Aultman was present at the residence.

During the search, deputies seized approximately 9 ounces of suspected marijuana, approximately 3 and 1/2 ounces of suspected Hash Oil, also known as “BHO”, a semi-automatic pistol and $2,196.00 in cash. Agents also found equipment used in the manufacture of marijuana such as grow lights, a hydroponic grow chamber and air filtering devices.

Both Josh and Adryan Aultman were charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of hash oil with the intent to distribute and criminal intent to manufacture marijuana. Josh Aultman was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
