Fentanyl Arrest

Crisp County, GA
On September 29, 2025, the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office arrested two individuals who traveled from Panama City, FL, to Crisp County with the intent to sell methamphetamine. Sirena Saunders and Micheal Davis had negotiated a deal to sell four ounces of methamphetamine. When they met, they informed the undercover agent that someone else would deliver the drugs. Saunders then stated she had some. Davis produced a glass vial and handed it to Saunders. Both Davis and Saunders were subsequently arrested. The vial contained a powder that tested positive for Fentanyl. At the time of her arrest, Saunders was out on bond for previous drug charges filed by the Panama City Police Department, Bay County Sheriff’s Office, and Columbus Police Department. Further investigation revealed that no other person was involved in delivering the drugs.
Sirena Saunders, a 45-year-old female from Panama City Beach, FL, is charged with
- Possession of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute
- Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance
- Use of Communication Facility in Drug Transaction
Micheal Davis, a 45-year-old male from Panama City Beach, FL, is charged with
- Possession of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute
- Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance
- Driving While License Suspended or Revoked
