Administrative Major:

The Crisp County Sheriff’s Office Administrative Major provides high level executive administrative and secretarial support for the Sheriff. The Administrative Captain works closely with all divisions within the Sheriff’s Office plus coordinates services with other county offices and personnel; municipal agencies; state and federal agencies, as well as vendors and the general public. This position exercises supervisory control of all administrative personnel to ensure that all office functions are performed efficiently and in a professional, accurate, confidential and timely manner.

Administrative Records Clerk:

The Records Clerk is responsible for assisting in providing customer service, document processing and disseminating information to the general public, other agencies, court officials, professional organizations and public safety officials as well as performing miscellaneous administrative duties for the agency. This person also serves as liaison between the Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) for Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) network matters; handles oversight of the GCIC operations for the agency; administers the CJIS Network training program to all terminal operators and assists in the maintenance of the CJIS network.
