CCSO Agency Assist Lake Blackshear Area in Dooly County
On December 30, 2023, around 6:00 P.M., Crisp County E-911 dispatched Crisp County First Responders to Campers Haven area in reference to an unresponsive patient. It was unclear if the subject was in Lake Blackshear near Crisp County or Dooly County. As a result there was a heavy presence of first responders from Crisp County, Dooly County, and State agencies in the area attempting to locate the subject. The subject was located in Dooly County and transported to Crisp Regional.
