On April 1, 2026, Jeremy Britton Evans was arrested in Perry, Georgia, by deputies from the Crisp County Sheriff's Office and agents from the GBI Region 3 Office, with assistance from the Houston County Sheriff's Office.
Jeremy Britton Evans, a 46-year-old male from Reynolds, GA, has been charged with the following:
9 Counts of Aggravated Child Molestation
6 Counts of Sodomy
3 Counts of Aggravated Sodomy
3 Counts of Child Molestation
