ROAD CHECK

CRISP COUNTY- September 17, 2018

On Friday, September 14, 2018, Crisp County Sheriff's Office and the Middle Georgia Traffic Enforcement Network worked in tandem to conduct a road check on GA HWY 300 in Crisp County. Citations were issued for the following: 1 No Valid Insurance, 5 Child Restraint Violations, and 4 other citations. Among these violations, another 5 were charged with driving while suspended license.

Participating agencies included: Georgia State Patrol Post 30, Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Perry Police Department, Warner Robins Police Department, Cordele Police Department, Byron Police Department, Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Ashburn Police Department, Centerville Police Department, and Crisp County Sheriff’s Office. Three representatives from MADD also participated.

Sheriff Hancock stated, “I am extremely grateful that these men and women took time away from their agencies and families to help the citizens of Crisp County.”
