SUBJECT FLEES COURTHOUSE AFTER BOND REVOKED
CRISP COUNTY- May 23, 2019
On Thursday, May 23, 2019, at approximately 11:10 a.m. Franekia West 19-year-old female, a resident of Vienna, Georgia, was arrested after fleeing the Crisp County Courthouse. West fled after the Judge revoked her bond because she violated conditions of the bond. West was out on bail from the following 2018 charges: Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Georgia Street Gang Terrorism. Upon hearing the Judge’s ruling West fled the courthouse but was shortly apprehended by a Cordele Police Officer that was patrolling in the area. West was transported to the Crisp County Detention Center. West now faces additional charges of Escape and Obstruction.
