Crisp County Sheriff’s Office receives $11,000 MCA Day Grant to benefit The Youth and Warrior Fund.

Pictured are representatives from Mobile Communications America presenting The Crisp County Sheriff’s Office with an $11,000 grant check for the Youth and Warrior Fund.

MCA Day Grants target community non-profit organizations that provide programs and services in four focus areas: First Responders, Military/Veterans, STEM and technical/vocational education, and Public Health/Community Needs. Employees nominate eligible organizations, and an employee committee selects them based on alignment with the focus areas, application quality, program details, and financial stability.

The Youth and Warrior Fund was created within the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office to benefit the youth of our community, fallen or injured officers, and their families. The Youth and Warrior Fund has recently received 501(c)(3) status, making it easier and more beneficial for those who donate.

How to Donate: You can support our mission by mailing or delivering a check made out to the Youth and Warrior Fund. Our fund is a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible.
