CRISP COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE VEHICLE TARGETED FOR THEFT

CRISP COUNTY- September 12, 2019

Wednesday, September 11, 2019, a Crisp County Sheriff’s Office Investigator made reports of their unmarked county vehicle being broken into sometime in the night. The vehicle was parked at the employee’s residence in the city limits of Cordele. The rear window was shattered, a police rifle and bulletproof vest were stolen. Investigators are pursuing leads.
