ROAD CHECK
CRISP COUNTY- May 7, 2019
On Friday, May 3, 2019, Crisp County Sheriff's Office and Wilcox County Sheriff’s Office worked in conjunction to conduct a road check on GA HWY 280 at the Crisp/Wilcox County Line. Citations were issued for the following:
No Valid Insurance: 1
Child Restraint Violations: 3
Seat Belt Violation: 1
Among these violations, one individual was charged with driving while suspended license, and another with Possession of Methamphetamines. Sheriff Hancock stated, “I am extremely grateful for the partnership we have with Wilcox County Sheriff Robert Rogers. Teamwork is especially important since crime does not stop at our county lines.”
