Drug Sale Leads to Arrest

On August 12, 2025, the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office received a report about an individual traveling from Tift County to sell methamphetamine in Crisp County. Following the sale, law enforcement swiftly took Lepoleon Seaberry into custody.

Seaberry has an extensive criminal background with previous arrests in Tift, Dougherty, and Worth counties, and he also has an active arrest warrant in Berrien County.

Lepoleon Seaberry, a 37-year-old male from Tifton, GA, faces charges for:

Sale of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)
